Do you have a Rewards Program?

We do infact have a loyalty program where customers can accumulated Rewards Points after making an order. This system is only available to customers who have signed up and are logged in at the time of purchase. 

What are Genesis Rewards Points?

Genesis Rewards Points are points accumulated by making a purchase order whilst logged into your Genesis Account. These points can be used on future purchases in order to place a discount on your order. These points are a way of saying Thank You to our loyal customers! 

 

How do I create an account?

If you have not yet created an account with us, you can register by creating an account while you checkout.

 

How do I sign into my account?

If you already have an account, you can login at the top right of the website.

 

Why did my Rewards Points expire?

Unfortunately, Genesis Rewards Points expire after 120 days. To stop your points from expiring you can log into your account and:

  1. Spend your Rewards Points to discount a new order. 
  2. Extend your Rewards Points expiry by making another purchase. 

Can I use my Rewards Points to pay for Shipping?

Loyalty points cannot be used to pay for shipping costs - however any orders over $99.00 include Free Shipping.
