Once you have completed your online order and have received our confirmation email, the staff at the warehouse will begin the packing process. When ordered before 2pm, your order will be picked from the shelves and packed, ready to be sent on the same day. Anytime after 2pm and your order will leave the next business day.
You will receive an email with an attached tracking number when your order has been shipped.
If you have made an order but have not received your tracking number we recommend checking your spam/junk folders as these emails are automated and may have fallen into the wrong folder.
