There are a number of reasons why an item might be out of stock. Generally it comes down to these points:
- The supplier is out of stock - Occasionally the supplier may run out of stock due to an influx of orders or a shortage in manufacturing. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the process and will have to wait for an estimated time of arrival in our warehouse.
- The item has been discontinued - Due to the ever growing industry of supplements and sports nutrition it is quite common that products are discontinued due to it's unpopularity or banned substances. In this case, we will remove the item from our website and warehouse. If you have ordered an item that has been discontinued you will be contacted within 24 hours by staff.
- An influx of orders - Due to unforeseen circumstances, popularity rises and limited time deals and specials, it is common for us to run out of certain items. An influx of orders would also explain why it might say the item is still available online when it is in fact, out of stock. We will order more items as soon as possible and can arrange an ETA from our supplier.
In the event that you have placed an order with an item that is out of stock, a staff member will attempt to contact you with some options. If we have a known ETA for the order, staff will notify you of the delay and give you an estimated date to expect your package.
If you would rather not wait for your chosen item/s to come back in stock, or we cannot provide you with a definite ETA, then we would be more than happy to exchange your product for an alternative.
If you do not want to wait for your item/s to come back in stock and are not interested in replacing your product with an alternative, we may also be able to organise a partial/full refund, additional points to your account or a store credit.
