There are a number of reasons why your tracking details may not be updating. 

  1. Multiple Warehouses - Your order may be split up over a number of our warehouses/stores. Before shipping your order, we must collect all items and have them packed together. Once all together, they will be sent. 
  2. A delay due to large volume of orders - During peak periods, or specials and promotions, we often experience a large volume of orders in a short period of time. In this case, we are working as fast as possible to get orders out, however there may be delays. 
  3. Weekends and Public Holidays - Couriers don't run on weekends or public holidays. We must wait until the following business day to ship your order which may result in a delay of tracking information. 
  4.  Sometimes tracking details do not update immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update. 

If you've waited 48 hours for an update and still have not seen any changes, you can contact the courier company directly or contact us via Live Chat or Call Us on 1800 443 637 to discuss your options and/or launch an investigation.
