On occasion, you may have received the updated tracking information a little prematurely. Your package may not have arrived yet but it is due for delivery in the next few hours.
If you wait 24 hours and are still yet to receive your order, you will need to contact Toll/Fastway as they do not always leave calling cards and the package may be at your local parcel collect or post office awaiting collection. The courier company will confirm the location of the package for you so that you can make a collection. If the courier advises that the package was delivered to the address provided and not the post office or local parcel collect and you still have not received the package, please contact our staff via Live Chat or Call Us on 1800 443 637.
