Ordering & Delivery:
Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 3PM Victorian time on the same business day. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or after 3PM will be processed on the next business day.
During sales events and promotional periods this dispatch time can vary. We will aim to provide updates where possible.
We utilise multiple shipping companies to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details relating to your parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure the NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. We will endeavour to assist as much as possible with the speed at which the product is delivered to you, but please understand that beyond dispatch, delivery is the responsibility of the courier or shipping agent delivering the item(s) to you.

Expected delivery times will vary depending on your location. Typically most orders arrive within 1-2 business days to all major cities and surrounding suburbs, or between 3-7 business days if you live in Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, Country, Regional, or any other Isolated Location. These delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and we have no control as to the speed of your delivery once your package has left our warehouse.
Your tracking details will often provide you with shipment updates and an estimated date of arrival. If your parcel has not arrived on time, it's often awaiting PICKUP from your local post office or depot. If you have not received your products within ten business days, please contact us, and we can investigate this for you.

All orders placed on our website are subject to standard shipping costs, however we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders with a total check-out value of $150 or greater.
Some orders may be excluded from the ability to receive Free Shipping in the case of a wholesale discount being applied or other unusual purchase habit.
Genesis.com.au now ships internationally to over 60 countries! The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout on the website after you enter your address. All current shipping options & methods will be displayed.

Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. The shipping timeframes quoted are provided by the supplier and at times they will vary.

It is the responsibility of the customer to understand their countries rules, laws and regulations when ordering products overseas. Genesis will not accept returns or refunds for orders not collected due to customers not paying customs fees.
